Overview:
In 1944, at the height of World War II, the St. Augustine convent, located on an isolated Scottish island, prepares for an impending storm. During the night, a hooded figure leaves a baby in a basket at the convent door and disappears. The nuns, led by the Mother Superior (Maryam d'Abo), decide to care for the child until the storm passes. However, after one night in their care, strange and inexplicable events start happening, leading the sisters to question their faith and everything they believed in.
